Patient : I have been dieting and exercising for almost two years now. I can weigh myself one day and have lost 15lbs and the next day gain it right back and this is on a day to day basis. I have tried many different diets with the same results (and exercising regimines). Just this morning I weighed myself and I was 315lbs and not 2 hours late I was 339lbs and I had not eaten anything. What could be the reasoning behind this?
