Drop of blood when due for menstruation

Patient: My girlfriend has just a drop of blood when she is due for menstruation. she currently has abdominal pains after seven days of waiting for the flow. Two days a go, she did a lateral flow test which reads positive and thought she is pregnant, even though she still has abdominal pains

Symptoms: abdominal pains, weakness and tiredness

Doctor: If the lateral flow test has come out positive. She is pregnant. She should visit her doctor at the earliest and get the pregnancy confirmed and get treated for her abdominal cramps.
