Drumming breathing

Patient : I am a drummer and practice breathing while walking in place and drumming. I typically play for 2-3 hours in the morning, breathing in for 4 seconds and out for 8 or 12 seconds for roughly the entire 2-3 hours, taking water breaks and short rests in between. If I do this for a while I will get a pain in my head, a headache but more sharp and a little lightheaded, what is this? What can I do to remedy it? Because drumming calls for this sort of breathing and I would like to treat it rather than stop drumming THankyou
