Patient :During a D & C for post-menopausal bleeding, my doctor found two polyps and removed them. Final diagnosis was:
1. Endocervix, curettage: Fragments of benign columnar endocervix
2. Endometrium curettage: Weakly proliferative endometrium with evidence of glandular and stromal breakdown. Fragments of endometrial polyp. Fragments of benign columnar endocervix. There is a background of significant blood
