During a workout I injured my upper back I think

Q: During a workout I injured my upper back. I think the left shoulder blade, doin dumbbell shoulder press. I can't move or run or jump without pain in the area. How do I go about healing and getting back to being able to use without pain.

Symptoms:  Pain in upper left back
