Early age hair whitening

Patient: Sir i am 21 and my hairs are turning grey even now my beard is turning grey. how to stop this prob?

Symptoms: There are no such symptoms

Doctor: Hello. Welcome to ask the doctor. The most common reason for premature greying of hair is genetic. If you have family history of greying of hair before the age of forty years, the chances of greying increases many folds.I will advise you to get your thyroid profile and blood sugar levels done.Take green leafy vegetables and fruits in the diet.Minimize the use of chemicals and dyes especially containing ammonia.I hope it helps.Take care.
