Eating more natural foods but losing weight

Q: I was diagnosed with PCOS 6 months before. i was weighing 64 kgs then. my height 164 cms. Then I decided to have a very vigorous health workout thereby burning all the foods I ate. I exercised after every possible meal . after 1.5 months. i lost close to 6 kgs. I stopped exercising, but ate less calories after 1.5 months i lost anoth 1.5 kgs. after stopping every possible diet for the last 3 months i am now at 54Kgs . i am not gaining any pound even if i eat more ( i dont drink sweetend juices , soft drinks, sugar nor eat ice creams though). what could be the reason i am not gaining any pound. Rather i am losing close to 1 kgs per month.

Symptoms:  No symptoms of constipation or diarrhea but occasionally some gas build ups. mild muscle pull like thing on the far last left rib
