Patient :I have a question about pregnancy. Yesterday my girlfriend and I had sex. I used a condom and pulled out just before I had an orgasm, however when I looked down at the condom, there was nothing inside, so now I am scared that I somehow ejaculated during intercourse without knowing it and it has somehow slipped out the sides of the condom. The other problem is that this problem occurred a few days ago also, I pulled out before my orgasm and again, looked at the condom and there was nothing in there except maybe a very tiny amount of semen. On that occasion my girlfriend took lynestrenol 1.5 mg. But since it has occurred again I am beginning to think that this is just a problem with me as I cannot see any evidence that I ejaculated during intercourse without knowing. Can she still take another emergency contraceptive even though she has had one just a few days ago? Or am I being paranoid? Is there something wrong me not producing ejaculate or could I have inadvertently done it during intercourse and it has escaped from the sides of the condom?
