Patient : Hi I am a 21 year old male fit not overweight 6'2 and 155 pounds. I am planning on putting on weight by eating a lot healthy of course with plenty of protein and working out 5 times a week. My question is part of my diet includes eggs I eat 6 eggs every morning 1 whole egg and 5 egg whites is that safe? I also take a multi vitamin each day along with fish oil caps.
