Endometriosis symptoms

Q: I am 47. Had a total hysterectomy a week ago for fibroids. Still have ovaries. Doctor said he found endometriosis and got all of it he could see. How likely is it that the only symptom from endometriosis would be very painful and sometimes debilitating constipation when on ones period but not every monthly period? I did not have pain with sex or anything. No apparent other symptoms. Am I likely to still have that pain once a month from constipation and possibly have to use a laxative? I understand that it does not cause symptoms for everyone.
