Enlarged vessel in vagina

Patient: What does it mean if my doctor told me I have an enlarged vessel in my vagina while performing a papsmear? What could have caused this? I have also tested positive for HPV and have been told my cervix is severely damaged and have precancerous cells

Doctor: Enlarged blood vessels in vagina can be seen during pregnancy and after termination of pregnancy, or usage of some drugs . Since you are positive for HPV and have precancerous cells, you must actively be treated as per the stage of precancerous condition. Proper treatment, helps avoiding cancers and other complications.
