Enlarged blood vessels in vagina can be seen during pregnancy and after termination of pregnancy, or usage of some drugs. Since you are positive for HPV and have precancerous cells, you must actively be treated as per the stage of precancerous condition. Proper treatment, helps avoiding cancers and other complications.
