I have been experiencing problems maintaining an erection during sex recently and it is becoming a bit of a concern. This seems to happen more when I am on top during sex.
I do have a relatively stressful lifestyle due to working full time whilst studying for my degree. I also have a reasonably healthy diet - I have changed it for the better in the last few weeks though. I work in an office so 70% of my day is spent sitting down. I have recently joined a gym.
