Excessive headaches and hunger

Patient: I seem to be getting a lot of headaches lately and feeling naseous and dizzy from what feels like hunger but whats strange is that the headaches and hunger persist through out the entire day even if I’ve just recently eatten. I get full easily but hungry way too quickely. I do go long periods of time in the morning though, during class hours, without eating but still even when I do manage to eat, I still feel sick after. What could be the problem?
