Exercise-induced hypertension ( diastolic)

Patient: I’m a 50 year old triathlete with mild hypertension. My diastolic BP is always hovering 85. While jogging, it (BP) can rise 170/110. Now my question is this: how long can an athlete run with this type of BP?
