Exercise with back pain


Q: I am 19 and last march I hurt my back. I have three bulging discs and one is torn. I experience mild to sever pain on a daily basis and activity makes it much worse. I have gained 30 kg since it happened and I believe this is due to medication and my lack of mobility. I have tried exercise but it hurts to much and I end up getting muscle spasims, and I am unable to walk at all for a few days. Even simple things like washing are difficult. I was wondering how I can lose weight without hurting my back at all? I eat about one meal a day because I am simply not hungry
