I am a diabetic. i was trying out yoga a while ago. I was doing sat kriya (kundalini meditation) and 5 tibetan rites 21 times for a month or so. Is it safe to practice both being a diabetic? At one point my sugar level were stood up at 400mggl. To be frank i do not take my medicines properly. I do not know the reason why all of a sudden there was spike in my blood glucose level. I stopped doing the exercises now. Now it kind of hanging around 150 200, but taking medicines religiouusly. Kindly advice me whether i can continue sat kriya and 5 tibetan rites.
