Patient :Hi, I am a Mother of two and my Husband and I have been trying to conceive for the past 3 years. I had an abortion procedure done shortly before we actually began trying and during the procedure, there were a few issues I have encountered. One being that after the procedure was done and I got home, a day later, I noticed a "sterilization strip" lodged in my vagina. Raised a serious alarm to me that something had went seriously wrong so I immediately went back to the hospital to have it removed. Then, a few months later, I come to find out that I had PID from the procedure! I got it all cleared up but ever since, it's been extremely difficult to conceive. Doctor said all looked well but only did a PAP Test to make that statement. Could my past procedure be the cause of me not conceiving? Could I have become infertile from the procedure and developing an infection from it? #ExtremelyWorriedWife
