Patient : I just received MRI results on my knee that's been locking up at night and causing excruciating pain. The results showed a miniscus tear along with some kind of anterior cyst, some kind of degeneration, and he mentioned something about bone edema. He said they really can't do anything about it, and scoping it wouldn't work. Can someone please help explain what all this means to me? Thank you.
