Extreme Dry Mouth

Patient

Q: Hello,

I've had this problems since long as I can remember. Whenever I do any exercise, in the first view minutes my throat becomes very dry. All the Saliva in my mouth is gone and it becomes so dry it feels like I'm chocking. I can get past this by drinking water and taking a little break. The same thing will happen a few minutes later as I continue to exercise. I'm not a smoker and I try to generally eat Healthy. I make sure I have plenty to drink throughout the day. Is this something to be concerned about? Is there anyway to prevent this?

Kindest Regards,
Ash
