Extreme swelling in feet/ankles

Q: Hi I am 35 weeks pregnant and have had a normal amount of swelling in my feet which would go down after being elevated or with an ice pack. However now it's gotten extreme to the point it's so tight it's almost painful to walk and has spread to my ankles and calves. When I push down on the swollen area it stays indented for quite a few seconds. My BP was slightly elevated at my last drs appointment but they weren't very concerned. I also noticed today that the baby wasn't near as active as he always is. I've also been getting (slight) swelling in my hands especially in the morning and they've been very stiff and sore for the past week. Also have been getting more headaches. Should I see my dr asap or just keep an eye on it for the next couple days? Thanks
