Patient: My brother is 50 yrs old now. he has diabetes since he was 30 years old. since last two yrs, he has developed diabetic complications. he is having ratinapathy. he is taking laser treatment. he is closer to blindness. he has developed peripheral neuropathy. his most complication is nepheropath. he has renal failure. since last 6 months, he is on dylysis. What is the cure for him? what are his chances of survival? what he can do to extend his life?
