Facial Trauma

Patient

Q: I got into an accident and broke pretty much all the bones in the right side of my face, including cheek, outer socket, orbital floor and various other "fragments", I have had multiple surgeries, screws have come loose and popped through my check. My problem is I haven't been able to breath through my nose since (7 months), my vision is worsening as well as my I now have partial hearing. I have been pretty much "released" from my doctors at U of Mich. hospital and my quality of life is worsening. I have had a migraine for 3 months and been hospitalized 4 times for this, only to be shipped out. Any specialist you can recommend? I don't want to live like this any longer.......
