Faint when standing up.

Q: I have a problem,WHEN I INITIATE MY SELF FROM REST TO WORKING POSITION(WHEN I UPRIGHT FROM SITTING OR LAYING POSITION,OR WHEN LIFTING SOME WEIGHT,OR WHEN I DO SOME HARD WORK) THEN SEVERAL TIMES I GET SUDDEN TINGLING FOR 10-15 SECONDS ONLEY.AND AFTER THAT I RECOVER MY SELF AUTOMETICALLY .DURING THAT PERIOD(10-15SECOND) SOME TIMES I FALL DOWN,SOME TIMES NOT.
MY NEOUROLOGYICAL ALL REPORT IS NORMAL.

BLOOD CARTISOL LEVEL-NORMAL(7.98)
HUTT TEST-NEGATIVE.
ECG EEG-NORMAL

Since neurological evaluation showed all the tests are within the normal limit, possibilities could be Vasovagal episode, Autonomous dysfunction, other neuropathies. Check Vitamin B12 and Vitamin D levels also, as this can cause neurological dysfunction. Consult neurologist for further advice and treatment.
