Fat Burn, Hormone imbalance,slow muscle formation

Q: How to get rid of stomach and chest fat? i am 25 M, Body type - skinny fat , had an inactive lifestyle during my teenage, ate lot of sweet food and bakery foods. for past 6 months i am doing strict work out regime with HIIT and combination workouts by lifting weights. my improvement is too slow/gradual, that too after taking whey protein. My Diet contains mostly protein, veg and fruits. my stool have lots of undigested food particles. my stomach is very soft too, its like a balloon filled with water. In my memory i have never been flat stomach with little muscle, weak. do i have a hormone imbalance?

Symptoms:  Bloating, tiredness, flatulence (mainly when lying down)
