Feeling lack of sleep


Q: For the past couple months I've been extremely sleepy. I'm a regular high school student, I often get out and have fun on the weekends and sometimes the weekdays. I go to sleep around 9:30 pm and wake up at 5 am. But during the day I get sleepy and fall asleep. I go home and take a nap, and when I wake up I'm still really tired. I have to take Melatonin every night (3 pills) or I will never get to sleep. When I was only on two, I would wake up constantly in the night. Now that I've been on three I've been able to sleep all night, but it never feels like I got enough sleep. It feels like I'm on a sleeping pill all day. If I don't sleep I get a really bad headache and feel nauseous and weak. I would like to know what this could possibly be, and what is causing me to be so tired all day. I know for sure it is not anaemia, I'm able to stay awake if I want, I just get really sick.
