Feeling sleepy after eating

Patient

Q: I feel sleepy, drowsy and micro sleep especially after eating or drinking alcohol. Problem started 30 years ago after reaction and heavy dose of medication for TB (streptomycin both tablet and injection at the same time, refampin, isonax). After this medication I developed reaction like rashes and tinnitus (both ears which I still have). Used to feel exhausted, sleepiness, lack of concentration and focus. Last year found out I am sensitive to sugar, alcohol, heavy food, red meat, fatty food, wheat, lactose and gluten and I have cut these dramatically or not taking them at all. Question: If I still feel sleepy what is the best way to address it such as 1. what medication for temporary help (so as not to fall asleep while driving, or when needing to finish work) 2. What testing do I do such as for hormone imbalance, Estrogen & Progesterone, blood sugar differentials, melatonine imbalance. I have already done CT scan of head, sleep aponea treated. Much appreciate for response.
