Feeling somewhat weak, generally not feeling quite right

Patient : I am a 63 year old male, diabetic. My BP this morning was 170/90, blood sugar 170. My BP usually runs 165-175 over 65-75, blood sugars always below 130. I woke this morning with dizziness and a headache, frontal kind of in my eye & front top of head, and have had dizziness all day. Also, my pulse this morning was 46, don't believe it has been this low before.
Symptoms:  Coughing only, have had the flu, head congestion & sneezing is better.
