Patient : My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and half now. I had a laparoscopy in June to remove a nodule of endometriosis in the back of my uterus. Scarring was removed as well from my left ovary which was also attached to the bowel. After the surgery we thought we would get pregnant right away but 4 months later we started getting worried so my husband got a semen analysis which showed an extremely low sperm count of 186,000. We went to a fertility clinic where we were told that there would be no chance of us ever conceiving unless we tried IVF along with ICIS and at this time we just can't afford it. They also took a number of blood tests which has shown that his FSH is low among other hormones and we are currently waiting for another blood test to check chromosomes. Unfortunately we live in a small area which offers no fertility support so we have to travel 5 hours to get proper care. So in desperation we have been doing some research on natural products that may help increase sperm count. What is your take on FertilAid for Men???
