Fierce sneezing and allergy attacks lasting two days!

Patient

Q: I have uncontrollable, fierce sneezing fits! I'm in a complete fog, have cold sweats, uncontrollable runny nose, and can not function! It lasts for a couple of days and happens at least 4 times a year. The unbearable allergy attacks have prevented me from working. I've tried EVERY over the counter allergy medication including benedryl, and NOTHING relieves any of my symptoms! Not even in a slight way! What do you reccomend for these stubborn attacks? At least lessen the series of sneezing fits throughout the day and somewhat dry up the water that pours and pours out of my nose? Do I need some kind of steroid shot?
