Fifty year old woman with shakes or wobbles

Patient

Q: Im worried for my Mother she is going to be 49 years old and I havent noticed until last year that she has been shaking. Its hard to explain but basically if I am having a conversation with her, I notice her head and upper area kind of wobbly not so much shaking but more in a wobble circular motion. I really dont know another way to explain this. Are there any other symptoms I should be looking for to figure this out? My mom can be stuborn and if I can find an idea of what she might have, then maybe I can get her to see a doctor.
