Firm lump on top of shoulder

Patient

Q: I have a lump on the top of my right shoulder adjacent to my AC joint toward the front. It is smooth, kind of slick, but firm. Not attached to overlying sking and moves slightly when pressed, however does not seem to seperate from underlying tissue i.e. can not grab it and pull it away. Round to oval shape, about 2.5 cm in diameter. Not painful or any other symptoms. Believe I remember it being there for at least a couple years but was smaller (penny size) then and not visible. Visible now when arms down at side (skin stretched tight) but not so much when arms extended out and skin is loose (also moves more when arms are out than down at side). I am male, 33, good health. What is this more than likely?
