First pregnancy Miscarriage? Tests required?

Patient

Q: One of my friend, 27 years age. She had her first pregnancy & she was on 'Duphaston' medicine for about a month after missing period. Later in Ultrasound, no hearbeat was found. Doctor gave medicine to abort the sac. Also she was given 'ecospirin' (blood thinner) medicine. Is this medicine required? Also, now after 3 months waiting, doctor again suggested tests -
cardiolipid antibidy IgM / IgG
anti phospholipid antibody - IgM
Lupus anticoagulant panel

Are these tests necessary at this stage? Can she try without worrying? I read that more than 80% time miscarriage occurs & women does not even come to know that she was pregnant, since its just delay in period. She did not get her period because she was on 'duphaston' (progesterone) medicine?
