Patient :I am a 16 year old runner. I run at least 5 miles every single day. I am 5'7 and weigh 110 pounds. I don't believe that I am fat. I eat extremely healthy...absolutely no junk food. I do core workouts and I have abs...but when I relax my stomach muscles, my stomach is huge. It protrudes so much. Not fat, but it sticks out. I have to keep my muscles flexed to look normal/thin/fit. Don't think its bloating as I don't feel bloated and its been here for a while. It gets really large...Why is this? How can I get rid of it?
