Fluctuating blood sugars-without diabetes

Patient : My daughter, age 5, has had issues with her blood sugars for 3 years She sees a endocrinologist and gets test ran every 3 months for diabetes. everything shows up good and there is no diagnosis of diabetes. Her blood sugar fluctuates so rapidly and eithout any cause or really much symptoms, unless itis dangerously low or ectreamly high. She has been as low as 38 and as high as 900. Can you please tell me what would cause this? other then diabetes, or if you can suggest any tests that can be ran to help with a diagnosis
