Patient : I am a fifteen year old female. On occasion, my left foot will tweak, and I will get a surge up the left side of my body. When the occurs, both my left foot and hand turns inward, and I lose my ability to walk properly. My speech becomes slurred, and my vision becomes fixed and fades. This has been occurring for the past five years. I originally thought that it was linked with stress, but due to the account that it hasn't gotten anything but worse, I feel I can safely rule that out. This only ever occurs on the left side of my body, and never the right. What could this be caused by?
