Forearm Pain; Possible Injury

Q: Hello, I'm 16 and three days ago I fell while playing football and landed on my arm. Now my upper forearm has been hurting, whenever I use my wrist, twist it or turn it up and down, sharp pains rush through my arm. it's most directed to one area but the pain is so strong it feels like my arm is breaking inside. I have a high pain tolerance and usually feel more pain with sprains than broken bones, and since my body's pain is so unusual I am unsure if this is even important to go to the hospital for. So, I was wondering if this will go away or if I should seek medical attention. Thanks!
