Frequent urination (it is not an infection or diabetes)

Q: Hello. I've been having frequent urination for about 2 months now, it comes and goes, but today it's the worst - every 10-15 minutes. I went to see GP, they checked me and I don't have infection or diabetes, so the doctor suggested that it is possibly from stress. I asked if there any medications that would help but I was told that medicine from stress wouldn't help. I was signed off work for one month. It was all right then but this week I was back to work and my frequent urination got worst and I also have severe headaches, almost constantly. Painkillers help for a few hours. I've noticed that my frequent urination and headaches get worst when I'm stressed. Is there anything that would help me? Frequent urination and severe headaches are driving me crazy... Thank you in advance for your time and help.
