Patient: LATERAL DOWNSLOPING OF ACROMION PROCESS WITH MODERATE TO HIGH GRADE TEAR IN THE ENTIRE THICKNESS OF SUPRASPINATUS TENDON FOR A LENGTH OF 3.5 CMS EXTENDING FROM MUSCULO-TENDINOUS JUNCTION TILL SITE OF ATTACHMENT ON GREATER TUBEROSITY WITH EXTENSION TO ARTICULAR SURFACE FIBRES.

 

 

Symptoms: SHOULDER PAIN, MOVEMENT RESTRICTION, PAIN AT NIGHT ON THE SHOULDER
