Dear Ask The Doctor:
i am 16 years old and i am getting fat day by day.my height is 5ft6inch and my weight is 72 kg.i know i should do exercise but i am not able to stick to it.i would exercise for 3-4 days but after that i leave it.So i walk and jog for 45 mins to 1hr.Is that sufficient to come in good shape?
i want to increase my height too and can you please provide a diet.
So please help me out.
