Patient : I am a 21year old female. I am currently 96pounds. I have always struggled with my eating and I have hard times gaining weight. In order to gain weight I have tried protein shakes even some pills but so far nothing has happend. I have seen an article online recently about how to gain weight through drinking 1 gallon of milk everyday for 25days. The expected result is gaining 25pounds. Is drinking a gallon of milk everyday a good idea to gain weight? is too much milk bad for the body? In addition I work out very little. Is it still safe to drink a gallon of milk if i don't work out much? Thank you.
