Patient : I have been to the emergency room twice and to the doctor's office twice mainly due to severe head, neck and back pain. I have had nausea, diarrhea, headache, severe neck and back pain for going on 3 weeks and now I also have upper and lower respiratory congestion. Blood work, CT scans of head, abdomen and pelvis, stool samples have all been done and nothing shows up. I had a heart attack back in July and have a stent in my right coronary artery and also have an 80% blockage in my left descending artery that they were unable to clear due to complications. I am now seeing black streaks and coughing up some blood. I don't know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
