Q: 1. Completing ROI requests in the cases when records are on-site or off-site
2. Signing orders
3. Completing a history and physical—for dictating and signing it
4. Signing a discharge summary
5. Completing an operative report—for dictating it and signing it

I need help answering a few question about these compliance standards, how long does a physician have to complete each of these things.
