Gonorrhea treatment question

Patient

Q: Hi!

I've been diagnosed with gonorrhea 2 months ago and got prescribed azythromycin. I haven't took them as i had some bad experience with it some years ago. So they then prescribed me combo of Cipro + Doxy to take twice a day (2 in morning, 2 at night) and after 6 days, i felt cured. Every was fine until 2 weeks ago when i've had an incident and my condom broke and now i feel the same symptoms. I know the symptoms well because they're the same as last time (burning sensation when i pee, yellow discharge.) Here in Thailand, i can buy the doxy and cipro at the clinics without seeing a doctor (i actually have it with me now but haven't took them yet) and i just wanted to know if it's safe for me to start my treatment or if i should go see a doctor? Thanks you.

Symptoms:  Burning sensation when pee.
Yellow discharge.
