Graves disease

Patient: I was diagnosed with Graves’ disease at age fifteen. I was 6foot and weighed 130 pounds and had not gained weight in two years. A couple of months after having it ablated I gained around 35 pounds and it showed. I’m seventeen now and since then I’ve lost 15 pounds and I’m 6 foot 1 yet I’ve never been able to lose the weight in the face like I have been able to the rest my body. I used to consider myself very good looking, but since then it has caused me to hate taking pictures and I have lost all my self confidence completely. I’m wondering if there is anything I can do to help slim my face in any way.
