Patient: I have pain in my groin area that has moved around in the past 2 months. It started hurting after I was climbing out of the swimming pool and as been on and off ever since. I aggravated it again by running a little and still persists from last night to this morning. The pain is mild until I try doing squats, running, or more pressure on that leg than regular walking. There is no swelling or anything. Could it be from tight muscles?
