Patient : I am 15 years old and I was recently on a six month low-calorie, low-fat etc. diet. I lost over 32 lbs and am now 122 lbs. I am currently 5"8 and would like to grow taller, as my ambition is to be a runway model. My shoe size is 8 and my Mom's 5"7, my Dad's 5"11. Will I grow taller?
I'm now trying to diet less. This is my diet:
Breakfast: Muesli, milk, yoghurt.
Lunch: Cheese sandwich.
Dinner: Potato or pasta with tofu, egg, veggie burger or vegetables (I'm vegetarian)
Snacks: Apple, fruit scone.
I haven't grown in half a year and I'm worried that I mightn't grow any more. Do you think I could?
