GYM after the Flu.

Patient: Hi How long should i wait after being sick to go back to gym? Regrads Julian

 

 

Doctor: If your symptoms are that of flu, you may workout but with 1/3 the intensity until full recovery. However if you have sy mptoms of chest infection (cough/fever), it is better to wait until the infection is over before continuing your workout schedule.
