Gynecological cancer?

Patient

Q: My last pap was abnormal and I had an elevated white blood cell count. Actually my last three blood tests have had that and it seems that it gets a bit higher each time. I'm going for a follow-up pap in December, but I'm worried it might be something serious. I've noticed having cramps (pain and discomfort in my lower abdomen like period cramps) even though I'm not menstruating, and I've had a lot of headaches, fatigue, bloating, gas, and constipation. Searching these symptoms online has made me nervous about such things as ovarian cancer. There's absolutely no way I'm pregnant; I'm not sexually active and haven't been for over two years. Should I be worried?

Symptoms:  Cramping, bloating, headache, gas, constipation, fatigue
