Patient : Pulled ham string. Left leg, back of thigh. Stopped immediately bowling. Not exercising, lift, bending, however, I do kneel and have put heat on it maybe, 10 min. in a day. Would that cause problems in my leg. It has been six weeks now and I can feel pain when I bend I feel a pulling. What else can I do or not do?
