Hard bumps on left palm of hand.

Patient

Q: Last winter I went to 4 doctors and 4 months later I was diagnosed with "Frozen Shoulder". In the spring when the pain was subsiding somewhat, I woke one morning with 4 hard bumps on the palm of my left hand (same side as the Frozen Shoulder). That day the palm was itchy so I believed they were some sort of spider bites. However, my palm stopped itching but the bumps never went away. It is now 6 months later and the bumps are still the same. If I bend my fingers backwards, there is a small amount of pain. I am very concerned about this. What can these bumps be?
